Call for Expression of Interest: Selection Panel for Researcher Connect Programme

The British Council is planning to deliver the Researcher Connect training programme for early-career researchers. In response to our call for applications, we have received an overwhelming number of applications from candidates interested in participating in this programme. We are now seeking your assistance in helping us select the 30 most suitable candidates for this highly competitive opportunity.

How to apply

If you are interested in joining the selection panel, please provide a brief profile (in paragraph or essay format, not exceeding 600 words) outlining your relevant experience and qualifications, by Friday 11 October. This will help us ensure that panel members are well-suited to make informed selections. Your participation will be essential in ensuring the success of this programme and its positive impact on the research community in Sri Lanka.

If selected, we will notify you by Friday 18 October. Applications will be shared with you by 20 October, and we kindly request that you review and return your selected candidates within 10 days—by 30 October 2024. This timeline is crucial for us to finalise participants for the training according to our schedule.
