The British Council has joined forces with the British Film Institute (BFI) and other partners to offer a touring programme of British film adaptations of Shakespeare to use as part of the Shakespeare Lives activity.
British Council Sri Lanka in partnership with the Sri Lanka Foundation will screen the following title on 16 February 2017 at 04.00 p.m.
Coriolanus | #ShakespeareLives Film Festival
A free screening of William Shakespeare's tragedy 'Coriolanus' performed by the National Theatre UK is presented by the British Council and the Sri Lanka Foundation on Thursday, 16th February 2017 from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Sri Lanka Foundation, 100, Sri Lanka Foundation Avenue, Colombo 7.
