Cambridge International Examinations is conducting intermediate face-to-face Cambridge Professional Development training

Course content

Content will vary for each syllabus, but typically includes: 
• review of teachers' assessment issues 
• overview of different teaching methods and strategies 
• teaching strategies applied to the syllabus 
• discussions on formative and summative assessment 
• revision strategies for candidates 
• ICT and curriculum resources.

Interactive activities:

• hands on marking activities relating to standards 
• a practical session may also be included.

Who are the courses for? 

Intermediate courses are for teachers who have some experience of teaching Cambridge syllabuses and are looking for further help in their understanding of this area, as well as support in improving their classroom practice.

It is preferable, although not essential, that teachers have completed Introductory training before taking this course.
