This session will provide a space to explore how power, privilege and accountability are important areas, which need to be reflected on when working with men and boys for gender equality. It will provide a basic understanding around masculinities which will hopefully inspire people working on gender justice to want to explore it at a deeper level.
The session will be conducted by MenEngage Alliance Sri Lanka (MEA Sri Lanka); the Sri Lankan national network of MenEngage Global, an alliance of NGOs working together with men and boys to promote gender equality.
